- Male or Female age 27 - 45 years old
- Bachelor Degree in related field and at least 3 years experience direct experience in hotel industry
- Require Basic Computer Skill & English Communication
- Be Able to work as rotated working shift
- Good Attitude & Service Mind
- Manage and Monitor activity of all employee in the Hotel and to the guideline set in the Employee handbook, Hotel policies and procedures, coaching and correcting where needed
- Recruiting, training and monitoring staff
- Set and planning working schedule for team
- Perform accurate check-in and check-out of guest daily
- Need to be able to motivate their employees, resolve issues and complaints from guests
- Ensuring security is effective
- Be able to think quickly on their feet and make decisions with problems come up
- Ensure all staff have current knowledge of hotel product, services, pricing and policies as well as knowledge of the local hotel
- Responsible for preparing finance report
- Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory
- Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment
- Reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
- Be on available on call 24 hours a day to resolve any urgent problems on emergencies
- Ensure consistently high operating standards in every area
- Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel
